Wilma has a bachelor's degree in Marketing and other related studies, being a high achiever, she is the recipient of numerous marketing and sales awards in the healthcare industry. 
Wilma also holds a level three CPA, and currently serves on a Board of Directors at Holy Seed International, an organization that provides services to single mothers from impoverished and often marginalized communities all around the world, she also serves on a steering committee locally developing a new Credit Union.

Marilyn currently sits on the Board of Directors for two separate International non-profit organizations serving vulnerable and disenfranchised communities, she also serves on a steering committee locally developing a new Credit Union.

Theresa Harding MAP

Community and Organizational Development Planner for OneClick Strategic Solutions Specializing in Project Management and Strategic Planning across all sectors including private, non-profit, and government agencies. Theresa has been a consultant for several years, and her projects have included research, needs analysis, program development, team management, training, and facilitating strategic planning and other workshops. Theresa has co-founded several social programs, and currently serves on the Board of Directors at SPARC-BC (Social Planning and Research Council of BC) she is an initiator and problem solver, oriented to mutually reinforcing outcomes through collaboration. Director of Human Resources and Business Administration at OneClick Strategic Solutions, Tamara holds a Masters in Applied Psychology and is a PhD candidate, she also holds degrees and certifications in Business Administration, and Non-Profit Management and has founded and developed several successful businesses. Tamara specializes in Contracts and negotiations in (both union and non-union environments), grant writing, RFP/RFQ proposals, and developing Human Capital. Tamara is analytical with attention to detail, she is a forward thinker and is solutions-oriented. Tamara currently serves on the Board of Directors for a Vancouver-based affordable housing initiative, she also serves on a steering committee locally developing a new Credit Union.
